Sprouted Moong & Palak Pancakes

Ingredients :
1/2 cup Sprouted Moong
1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1 cup finely chopped Spinach (Palak)
Finely chopped veggies
(Carrot, Onion, Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
1/2 tsp Ajwain
Salt as per taste
Water (as required)
Oil for roasting
Method :
Coarsely chop 1/2 cup Sprouted Moong In a chopper
Take 1/2 cup Besan in a mixing bowl and transfer coarsely chopped moong in it
Add 1 cup finely chopped Palak
Add finely chopped veggies
(Carrot, Onion, Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies)
Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Add 1/2 tsp Ajwain
Add Salt as per taste & give it a good mix
Add Water as required and bring the batter to drop consistency
Heat up the pan and spread a little Oil
Add a scoop of batter to make small pancakes
Drizzle oil around and let it nicely cook on medium heat
Cook them from both the sides until nice golden-brown
Serve pancakes with green chutney or ketchup
